Mcdonalds calories


The number of Mcdonald's calories consumed depends on the item selected from the menu. Many associate Mcdonald's and other fast foods with high calories and high fat levels but no matter what fast food is chosen weight loss is still possible if consumed in smaller quantities and less frequently.

More importantly for weight loss, all fast food should be eaten as part of a calorie controlled diet, this includes considering all calories from Mcdonalds food. Weight loss does not necessarily mean complete elimination of fast food from the diet, its not that the food is "bad" its the frequency and quantity consumed that may need careful adjustment.
